- Stéphane Godefroy, European project manager for MMUST+ (Multimodal Model and Cross-Border Mobility Scenarios), specialising in EMC² Mobility Surveys.

- Camille Perchoux, researcher at LISER and European project manager for FragMent, specialising in the links between mobility and health.
- Jessica Lopes, sociologist and author of Temps de Trajet, a project that combines graphic novel and illustrated essay
The discussion explored daily mobility as a major societal issue, extending beyond transport and accessibility to encompass quality of life and well-being. Particular attention was given to the effects of everyday journeys on stress and well-being, considering how commuting experiences and mobility conditions can influence psychological and physiological health. Through its contribution, FragMent highlighted the importance of understanding the relationship between daily mobility, stress, and quality of life. This perspective underscores the need to consider the human and social dimensions of mobility when developing policies and environments that promote healthier, more sustainable, and well-being-oriented daily travel.
